Employee Spotlight: Scott Reynolds
We would like to wish a very Happy Birthday to one of our employees, Scott Reynolds!
This blog post spotlights Scott and lets you learn more fun facts about our CNA Coordinator.
1. How long have you been with E&A Team, and what do you do here?
I have been with E&A for two years, and I’m the CNA Coordinator.
2. What is your favorite thing about working for E&A Team?
My favorite thing about working for E&A is the family atmosphere that allows for a safe and fun work environment.
3. How have you grown as an individual since working for E&A Team?
One of the ways that I have grown since working for E&A is learning how to not just work on my projects but embracing a team approach where each person is encouraged to bring the best ideas to the table.
4. What is one of your proudest moments at E&A Team?
A proud moment was getting a thank you card after doing one of my inspections. It really was encouraging to see how my interactions with the clients made a difference.
5. What is something that most people don’t know about you?
I do archaeology during the summer and have been working with a team on Mt. Zion for the past four summers (minus 2020 – Covid ☹)
6. What are some of your favorite things?
My favorite things include scuba diving, soccer, watching Atlanta United, and any of the University of Alabama Athletics, especially basketball. I also love getting the opportunity to travel internationally for fun but also doing relief work in difficult areas like South Sudan.
7. What would your perfect day off include?
I would love to spend the day scuba diving off a Caribbean island.
