Employee Spotlight: Lori Reynolds

We would like to wish a very Happy Birthday to our Chief Operating Officer, Lori Reynolds!

This blog post spotlights Lori and lets you learn more fun facts about our COO.

1. How long have you been with E&A Team, and what do you do here? 

I have worked at E&A since May of 2005, and I am the Chief Operating Officer. 

2. What is your favorite thing about working for E&A Team?   

Being challenged to learn and grow through the variety of task I’m asked to perform.

3. How have you grown as an individual since working for E&A Team?

I was a stay-at-home mom and started as an intern at E&A. Since then, I have worked my way up to COO. It has been a long, hard journey, but I have grown as a person through this experience.

4. What is one of your proudest moments at E&A Team?

 When we won the first RFP that I wrote by myself.

5. What is something that most people don’t know about you?

 I have done relief work in South Sudan.

6. What are some of your favorite things? 

Journaling, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

7. What would your perfect day off include?

Sleeping late, getting iced coffee, visiting an estate sales and then going to a live concert.
