Employee Spotlight: Kim Tribble

We would like to wish a very Happy Birthday to one of our employees, Kim Tribble. 

This blog post spotlights Kim and lets you learn more fun facts about our Fair Housing & Accessibility Coordinator.

1. How long have you been with E&A Team, and what do you do here? 

I started in the spring of 2017, so I’m coming up on four years. I am the Fair Housing and Accessibility Coordinator, which means I coordinate everything having to do with 504 inspections. I also coordinate our Fair Housing training with our trainers, Scott Moore and Sara McCue. 

2. What is your favorite thing about working for E&A Team?   

The sense of stewardship that Mark and Lori have towards us.  They make it clear that they want us to grow and develop, and to take care of us even when times are difficult,

3. How have you grown as an individual since working for E&A Team?   

I now have mad PowerPoint skills.  

4. What is one of your proudest moments at E&A Team?   

Creating the NAA toolkit brochure. It was something that went outside of the company that people seemed to be impressed with.

5. What is something that most people do not know about you?

I was born in the same hospital where Edgar Allan Poe died more than 100 years earlier.

6. What are some of your favorite things? 

I love spending time with my family and my dogs, watching Alabama football and Duke basketball, baking, and reading.

7. What would your perfect day off include?   

Sleeping in, spending time working on hobbies like baking or painting, going out to dinner with my husband.
