After adding the Remote UPCS Services to your cart and completing the purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to a pre-inspection form for you to enter information about the property so that we can quickly schedule your inspection.
Purchase of Remote UPCS Inspection Services indicates your understanding of and agreement to the following terms and conditions:
1. Items must be able to be inspected visually without the use of any tools other than a tape measure (for example slope meter usage is not currently an option).
2. Inspection cannot be performed until we receive payment.
3. Inspection cannot be performed until we receive the completed pre-inspection form.
4. Final report will not be sent until the inspection has been paid for in full.
5. You certify that there is sufficient internet connectivity both inside and outside the inspection site to allow for the inspection to be performed.
6. You must have two people from your company present for the inspection. One to make the measurements and one to hold the mobile phone or tablet.
7. You must bring a portable light to the site to provide adequate lighting for the inspection.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED due to inadequate internet connectivity, failure to have two people present, or inadequate lighting.
