April Training Summits
On April 13th, E&A Team will host the 2nd Annual Online Multifamily Accessibility Summit. This virtual event offers a unique opportunity for those in the multifamily housing industry to receive an inclusive “crash course” on all things accessibility from the comfort of their own offices or homes. During the Summit, E&A Team representatives Larry Fleming, Josh Brown, and President Mark English will cover all aspects of Section 504, ADA, and Fair Housing Accessible Design and construction requirements for apartments.
On April 14th, E&A will also be offering a special 2-hour Roundtable Discussion comprised of experts from several different areas within the field of accessibility, including:
· Ryan Lee, Senior Trial Attorney with the US Department of Justice (DOJ)
· George Lydford, Senior Program Analyst with the IRS with the Examination Quality & Technical Support division
· William Lynch, Assistant General Counsel- Compliance Division with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

E&A Team is pleased to be hosting the 2nd Annual Online Fair Housing for Property Management Summit on April 27th.
During this virtual event, E&A President Mark English and Baird Holm attorney Sara McCue will be covering a host of “hot topic” fair housing and accessibility issues that property management staff encounter on a daily basis. This will be a unique and immersive opportunity for property managers, on-site managers, and maintenance personnel to explore these topics through both a practical and legal perspective.
