Mark English is one of the nation’s leading training specialists regarding accessibility issues that involve ADA, Section 504, and The Fair Housing Amendments Act.
He has vast experience with multifamily housing programs that include conventional, federal, and low income housing tax credit programs.
Mark has taught more than 500 Accessibility Educational Seminars . He has provided training with many different National and State Organizations such as NAHB, NCSHA, CARH, RD, HUD and DOJ.
He continues to work towards expanding public awareness and compliance in the areas of Accessibility and Fair Housing through training and a growing line of services and products.
Attorney Scott Moore is widely recognized as a leading national expert in Fair Housing and ADA law and litigation. He served as a Senior Trial Attorney in the Housing and Civil Enforcement Section of the Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Dept. of Justice. He represents individuals, nonprofits, developers, managers, and others in the housing industry in fair housing and ADA matters. Scott provides fair housing and ADA training across the country to housing providers, educational institutions, commercial property owners/managers, fair housing groups, and national organizations with an interest in fair housing and ADA law. Scott has worked with our Team since 2003.
Larry Fleming is an architect whose predominant area of expertise is accessibility for the disabled. Larry has more than 32 years of federal service, having worked for the USDA Farmers' Home Administration, USDA Alabama State Office as State Architect, and Senior Architect with the USDA Rural Development National Office. Larry served over 15 years on the American National Standard Institute's (ANSI) A-117 Committee, writing the accessibility code for ICC's International Building Code. After retiring from USDA RD, Larry began working with E&A Team as an Accessibility Specialist, Blueprint Review Specialist, and Trainer for both live events and online courses.
Amanda Lee Gross joined our team in July, 2016. Amanda Lee brings to E&A over 16 years of hard-won, real-world knowledge and experience in all aspects of the affordable housing industry. She knows the affordable housing industry from the ground up, starting as a site manager, & eventually rising to the position of Trainer and Compliance Officer for a multi-state, 5,000+ unit management company. Ms. Gross has leveraged that experience and become a nationally recognized expert trainer. She conducts hundreds of trainings nationwide, and consults with State Housing Finance Agencies, Public Housing Authorities, management companies, & developers.
